I had been going to \u003ca href=\"https://3fe.com\" target=\"_parent\"\u003e3fe\u003c/a\u003e every day, but the surge really put a stay on my enthusiasm to leave the house.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAfter much research, I ended up ordering a \u003ca href=\"https://amazon.co.uk/DeLonghi-Automatic-Coffee-Machine-ECAM22-110-B/dp/B00400OMU0\" target=\"_parent\"\u003eDe\u0026#39;Longhi Magnifica S\u003c/a\u003e bean-to-cup espresso machine and starting my long journey towards making coffee at home.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThree years to the day later, I received a \u003ca href=\"https://www.lelit.com/product/elizabeth-pl92t/\" target=\"_parent\"\u003eLelit Elizabeth\u003c/a\u003e along with their \u003ca href=\"https://www.lelit.com/product/william-pl72/\" target=\"_parent\"\u003eWilliam\u003c/a\u003e grinder. It was a huge upgrade. I\u0026#39;m now at the point where for \u003cem\u003emost\u003c/em\u003e people, what I make at home would be indistinguishable from what you’d expect at a fairly decent coffee shop.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAlmost every day since, I\u0026#39;ve made myself three cappuccinos: one double-shot in the morning, and two singles either side of lunch.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eMaking, and then drinking, my own milk coffee at home is a small joy that keeps me regulated every day. I had heard that folks enjoy the ritual, but that\u0026#39;s not what it is for me. With espresso, and in particular latte art, it’s a craft. The prep of the puck, the measurement of the inputs and outputs, and then the pure skill of steaming and pouring milk.
